How the Engraving is Made

We CNC-engrave (machine) your design into the aluminum surface, leaving a clean, recessed mark that complements our anti-slip patterns. This is not laser marking or printing—your artwork is cut into the metal.

Artwork & File Guidelines

Best formats: vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) ensure the sharpest result.
High-res raster (if needed): transparent .PNG or .TIFF, 800+ px on the shortest side.
Keep it simple: bold lines, solid shapes, and good spacing engrave best.
Minimum line width: 0.5 mm (0.020") or thicker recommended.
Remove tiny text: micro text & fine hatch shading won’t reproduce well.
