What You Can Engrave

How the Engraving is Made

We CNC-engrave (machine) your design into the aluminum surface, leaving a clean, recessed mark that complements our anti-slip patterns. This is not laser marking or printing—your artwork is cut into the metal.

Artwork & File Guidelines

Best formats: vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) ensure the sharpest result.
High-res raster (if needed): transparent .PNG or .TIFF, 800+ px on the shortest side.
Keep it simple: bold lines, solid shapes, and good spacing engrave best.
Minimum line width: 0.5 mm (0.020") or thicker recommended.
Remove tiny text: micro text & fine hatch shading won’t reproduce well.

Choose a font style and provide your exact wording (case-sensitive). Character guidance below helps keep text legible and balanced.

Left/Right aligned: great for vertical names or tall logos on the gas pedal.

If you have a preference, include it with your order (e.g., “Centered on brake, top-aligned on clutch, vertical on gas”). If not specified, we’ll place it for optimum balance and clearance from fasteners and anti-slip features.

Fonts

Popular choices include a clean sans-serif, a motorsport-style condensed font, and a classic serif. You may also supply a font file (OTF/TTF) if licensing allows.

It’s cut into the metal, so it won’t peel or flake. As with all machined parts, normal patina can develop and be cleaned as noted above.

Can you match a specific layout?
Yes—include a sketch or reference. We’ll send a proof before machining.

Can I put different text on each pedal?
